You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to initiate a return. No rush, but try not to wait until the last minute!

How to Start Your Return:

Please send an email to 35_serf.chits@icloud.com to request a return. In your email, let us know which items you’d like to return and why. We will reply with the return address and further instructions on how to ship your package back to us.

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we’ll process your refund within 7-14 days. Keep an eye on your account, as the time it takes for the money to appear may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
